Anybody else find this hard to deal with??
I’ve always been severely effected by dry indoor air due to heating during winter...
I run a humidifier ALL DAY AND NIGHT and it helps like 70%, but I still have issuses with sinus symptoms no matter how much I try to get moisture in the air.
It FUCKING sucks. I’m not sure if it’s dry air in general because whenever I’ve visited dry climates, I’ve felt fine.
I think it’s just the totally unnatural circumstance of heating in the winter...
It’s like we live in these bubbles where we try to force a fake atmosphere, but it’s surrounded by the real climate outside... it’s like it creates this friction and resistance.
