OMG. I haven’t clicked any of the pics yet and I’m already getting emotional, LMAO!!!!!!

There’s something so magical about family pics from the 60s, there’s no way to imperfectly capture a moment. My eye wanders to the righteous van at the top left though... all I can think about is 60s van life!!!?!?!?

Dude am I friggen wrong or does the tallest kid look like he’s 100% game to beat up all the littler kids right after the carmera goes off. LOL!!! But no, I feel like he has two modes... he’s either chill and nice, or exactly the opposite. Like if this was Leave It To Beaver, he’d be Eddie.

OMG so cute. That second kid looks like a legit old lady making that face though OMG?! Check it out, that birthday cake ain’t fuckin’ around, LMFAO!!! That’s a STOUT birthday cake... that’s an Alex Jones ‘thicc’ birthday cake right there!?!?!?!?

What in the fuck is it about 70s kitchens though?? They LOOK so comforting. Not gonna lie though, I’m struck by how... NEW that microwave looks. It’s like an industrial size microwave. Looks like a bunch of happy kids. In all the pics so far.

Another perfectly staged picture... awe, the kids are growing up. Interesting light poles. I was watching a video from the 70s not so long ago and noticed those in the background. If you look at the background, even though there are lights and power poles, it still just LOOKS so much quieter than everything does now. There’s not so much ‘noise’ in the air itself.

See those 70s wide leg, flair bottom pants are GOALS. They need to have a major resurgence, only I want the flare bottoms even wider. Your hair is like the perfect color in this pic. Blonde hair is cool but I really love reddish hair and I would take this strawberry blonde shade if I had to permanently change my haircolor.
You know, it seems like people had a lot more pride when posing for pics back then... seems like taking a pic was still special and treated like something kinda rare and important. I think it had to do with the actual physicality of film. It was a measurable commodity, people valued pictures more, and of course, they actually had to be taken to get developed.

Oh hell no dude. I would NOT be riding a horse!!! Shit looks scary LOLOL!!! That is a BIG horse. It looks like a show horse... definitely loved and prized.

That is a really great picture of you. Awe, look how handsome! ‘77... the glory days of ‘Merica. Don’t get me wrong, there can be more glory days... but topping the 70s is a tall order.
Great age to be at in the 70s too... and you’d really be poised to experience some crazy shit come the 80s. Wow. The 80s used to seem not as cool to me because it didn’t seem “long ago enough”. I was never a huge fan of the 80s and 90s. But between the two, the 80s is an obvious winner. I’m sure the coming of age during that time would have been the epitome of cool. The glory days continue after all!!!
