So I guess the basic rule of thumb is if you see anybody acting super weird in public, it must be crack.

Behavior like that, yes.


If they seem excited and irritable, especially with jerky bird-like head motions and talking fast, it's probably meth. Dilated pupils and dry, pasty skin are another indication.
