He absolutely should have. It was unwise of him to say he won't press charges on livestream... if anything he should have said he was going to, whether he ever does or not. Maybe he'll change his mind if she continues to harass him. Now that she has a friend helping her harass him, well... that's some pretty creepy shit. Wouldn't blame him for taking legal action.
