Sell douches.
It's literally pointless.
There are very few emergency scenarios wherein a douche-like device could be useful.
Like if you were a total idiot and squirted shampoo up your funhole, if you had a douching device (with plain water) you could rinse it out.
Aside from stupid shit like that, I really can't think of a use for it.
