i'd probably have to go with george carlin, cus he was one wise motherfucker. ole billy boi hicks is close.
but... i really don't care for stand up comedy routines. i don't care for `jokes.` anyone can remember a good joke and drop it. that's mostly what comedy is these days, it's some performer reciting a script written by others. i prefer in-the-moment wit and improvisation.
