russia has been placing these puppies on the seafloor around the worlds oceans just in case yankees try something stupid  

they are nuclear missiles placed in watertight containers on the seafloor that just sit there awaiting the doomsday command 

yeah well you know what would be cool...a sea floor military base, or a seafloor mobile platform

i wonder if they can burrow one into the seafloor
