12:51 you know what, that's really a huge benefit. All the cookies I've ever baked have spread like that. Baking is a different beast than regular cooking... I'm more of a main course kinda cook than a dessert kinda person. I'm not huge on dessert kinda stuff anyway, so that makes sense.
