their moves are never monodimensional. the question is, did the bourdain killers do the swap, or was bourdain's body found and they did this as a 'hey clintons/whomever, look at this shit now! ;)' type of deal.
i do not care for the fact that such a strata of 'people' not only exists, but is integrated into our world. i support disintegrating them. to the sub atomic level, should it be necessary.
