i don't recall seeing much evidence of his arrest or previous time in jail.
it kinda doesn't even matter if he is dead. they got his safe, with a huge cache of the blackmail. i'm sure they got his computers and shit too. you don't need a lil birdie to sing when there's already an orchestral performance of evidence.
if they fuck all this up tho... hmph. too many people know too much at this point. that ole tree of liberty will get refreshed.
