I can't stand it when these meditation people tell us to breathe in through the nose

i'm not sure how feasible it is these days, but that was previously a thing. the need for food hasn't always been a need. the need for respiration hasn't always been a need. this is all an illusion, it is all energy. beings like us used to be able to 'breathe' in pure pranic energy, it had nothing to do with oxygen or carbon dioxide. didn't need glucose or proteins or aminos. your soular energy is what sustained the form completely, you were essentially breathing your soul into this construct. over time, we've lost coherence with those energies as we fall into the physical whirled, and thus depend on physical things.

i used to sun gaze. many of those times that i did that, it was more satisfying than a meal. even remembering it brings satisfaction and sustenance. the conditions of the sun and our atmosphere are different from those days, so i don't think i can recommend it anymore, but there were times when people could sustain themselves off of this practice and related meditations.
