Celebrity photos are photoshopped so much nowadays that it would be difficult to ascertain whether you're seeing what their skin really looks like or whether it's the result of image manipulation.
Here's the thing about Taylor Swift's political activism. She avoided politics for the longest time until the SJWs called her out on her silence and pressured her to choose a side. Apparently celebrities aren't allowed to have private thoughts. It was only after she was forced to reveal her political views that she began to come out in support of cultural Marxist causes.
The fact that she kept her political opinions to herself before suggests that she wasn't a fanatical leftist and kept mum out of fear of having her career or life ruined by the SJWs. She is likely being forced to pay lip service to causes she doesn't really support.
