It's not a HEARING problem, it's an INTERPRETATION problem.

Like... they're speaking my language and whatnot, but I just legitimately cannot understand what the fuck they're saying.

And it's not due to accents or any of that shit, although I have run across that a couple times...

It's just... I literally can't understand what they're saying.
