The Wuhan Coronavirus
I think the whole 5G thing was such an unnecessary move.
Just how much faster do people need to load videos of retards
taking selfies?

Oh man for SURE.

That's totally not what it's for.

I mean, the internet is already hella fast, like how much fucking faster can it really get??

Come on.

5G is not about speed.

But that's what the mouth-breathers will believe. Bless their little ol' hearts.

There's been a flurry of freakouts taking place in several countries close to China for the past 3 hours.

It looks like a lot of them are deciding that it's time to hit the panic button, some of them are totally freaked, and it seems sort of sudden.

I think a lot of systems are already reaching the point of overwhelm, and people in charge of those systems are surprised by how little control they actually have over things.

They didn't know that before, obviously, since there was no disaster for them to have to deal with.

So now they're freaking the fuck out...

It ain't just ChinaMart and all the other big box stores in the US that will run out of supplies...

China basically supplies the whole damn world with all the rinky-dink shit we've gotten used to having in our everyday lives.

That shit is done, at least for the foreseeable future with this situation.

Paranoia would be high even if this were all to magically end in a few days and be back to normal.

The longer this goes on, the worse the paranoia will be...

It's a monkey wrench for the whole world, or at least any developed part of the world that relies on the goods China has been manufacturing.

This is so bad and fucked.

Who are these people they're taking away, REALLY?

With the social score system they have over there, it's a VERY valid question.

With all the surveillance of social media, it's a very valid question.

Why are they rounding up specific people?
Reply
I've seen way too many videos of them targeting specific people this way.

And the cruise ships??

BAD fucking time to have taken a cruise right now.

All the ships that have been touring the Asian countries are now getting turned away from ports.

Right now I've only heard about Asian cruises being shunned from ports but it may start becoming the standard to quarantine ships for weeks.

It's a very bad situation with these thousands of people in dire straits, trapped in their rooms, bored, scared, hungry, low on meds, and even worse, sick.

So far they've been able to remove sick passengers and take them to hospitals, but what happens when the hospitals are too overwhelmed to take any more of them, wherever they are??

What if people aboard just start dying?

Will they just chuck 'em in the ocean??

Shenzhen now on lockdown.

So is Hong Kong but they're trying to be more subtle about it.

Major developments today.

Just like Chairman Mao did. The people running China right now are old, uneducated people from the Mao era who have no clue how to handle the epidemic. These are devout communists whose first loyalty is the preservation of the communist party, not the well-being of their people.

They're also under-reporting deaths. About 3% of those infected should be dying, but some provinces with hundreds of cases are reporting zero deaths.

The government is blaming the people themselves for the outbreak, and threatening to imprison journalists who leak real "on the ground" information.

As if that weren't bad enough, YouTube is demonetizing videos critical of the Chinese government's handling of the outbreak.

The above video shows aspects of Chinese culture that contribute to the spread of disease.

People don't usually wash their hands, and when they do, they don't use soap. Soap isn't even available in most public restrooms.

Most people buy their food from outdoor "wet markets." The food isn't refrigerated, nor even covered. Meat is often butchered on the sidewalk. They eat cats and all kinds of exotic animals because of ancient superstitions.

Everybody spits and hocks loogies on the streets and sidewalks.

This shit happens even in the most advanced "first world" cities in China.

When something bad happens, their first reaction is to blame foreigners. The national government always defends the communist party by blaming the local government where the problem originated.

Oh, and people decide whether or not they want to buy the meat by touching it with their bare hands.

Think about that.

The mongoose ballsack you're eating tonight has been sitting outdoors in the open air all day, has probably been shat upon by flies, and has been touched by hundreds of unwashed hands.

Um No
