Dunno how long it's been like that...
I would assume not for all that long since I noticed it wasn't moving...
This clock hangs over an area I frequent daily, so I think I would have noticed it wasn't moving if it had been this way for very long.
So I dunno if it was PM, AM, or what but...
As a diviner, I find meaning in these things.

Numerologists always say that Master numbers don't reduce down.
You know how other numbers do, 13 reduces down to 4. Like that?
But I've seen Master numbers added to other numbers [like I did up there] ^^^
and then reduced that way. I guess it depends on which school of beliefs
a person is from. May be best to look at them separately -- 11 and 7.
I'm not real numerology smart, I just like it and try to keep up with certain
aspects of it. It's fun.

Home address numerology is pretty interesting.
For instance, if your house address is 2540 Main Street.
2+5+4+0= 11. Now, depending on your life path number
that could be a good address for you, or it could be bad.
I know there's more to it than just a house number and all
but numbers DO carry energy and that's kinda what the world
is made of soooo there's got to be something to it.

It can also be read as 2 (1+1), 3, 4...
A progression.

Mine is totally accurate, I can say that.
Phone number meaning also seems to be pretty on point.
