I have seen what's its like on those   hospital wards really  not comfy and lot of  whiners , if I  can choose    then  let it be in the desert    on a long journey maybe on a donkey with   a  virgin

One way is out in nature, clutching dirt.

I wouldn't mind dying in some kind of exciting exotic way.
