I think  that dome shock wave is a mini nuke , there  are a lot of them in storage from  Cold War    and they are meant for less than a square mile of total destruction

One guy was saying the red colored cloud was dirt. The dirt in that area is mostly red. If it had been ammonium nitrate, there wouldn't have been any powdery residue. The red gas would've just dissipated.
