I've legitimately concluded that tuna is bad for me...

After all my experiences with it, I just can't conclude anything else.

Doesn't matter what I put in it either. Tuna by itself? Same.

Like how can that even be possible?

Sigh

What does tuna do to you?

Gives me heartburn/indigestion almost every time without fail, which really just doesn't happen to me very often.

I also have this nasty taste in my mouth that I can't get rid of because it's INSIDE my fucking body because I ate it :(

So gross. I never want it again.

I need to drink a shit ton of water and eat some prunes or something and try to get this shit out of my system, then never again.

God, seriously.

Never again.

Wow. Sounds like an allergy. I've never had that effect from tuna, and I've eaten it raw in sushi rolls. A lot.

Agh God it hurts man.

Fucking never again.

This was just your standard tuna in water and doesn't even have the soy crap in it they try and sneak into everything these days.

I looked it up...

Indigestion and headache are symptom of tuna allergy.

I got a headache at the same time as the indigestion.

An allergy never would have occurred to me.

Thanks Dev, I think you are right.

You can either puke it up or be uncomfortable for awhile until it comes out the other end.

I honestly considered making myself throw up, before I even read this.

Lmao.

Agggh.

I've suffered through it before. I am not gonna make myself hurl it up.

It's kinda been a while anyways.

I will let it pass through, but this is the last damn time I do this to myself.

At least I know now that tuna allergy is a legitimate thing.

Never again man.

That sucks. Do you recall salmon doing that as well?

I was thinking about salmon...

Wondering, gosh...

Do I have this issue when I eat salmon??

If my memory serves right...

I think it causes me the same sort of sick feeling.

I would have to take a risk and try it out again to know for sure.

I'd eat a high quality can of salmon (because this is an issue I have experienced eating canned tuna) with absolutely nothing in it whatsoever and find out that way.

Ain't brave enough to try it anytime soon though.

I do wanna know, so I will likely attempt it someday when this is behind me...

Good thing you can get beef, pork and chicken in cans!

Hmmm.

I will have to snag a can of chicken and eat that by itself.

I wanna test out each kind of meat to see if it's just the fish doing this.

Thanks you guys, so much.

Have you tried wild caught skip jack Tuna caught in the Pacific Ocean?
It has the highest protein lowest fat of any other meat if its canned in spring water.
They don't live long so don't accumulate many toxins they are small Tuna.
I find this sad Tuna does this to you.
I suppose you have tried mixing it with vegetables and noodles?

This make, in my opinion, is the best bang for your buck.

Beef, ground beef, pork, chicken AND turkey.
I've only gotten the beef and chicken so far. They're always out of the ground beef.
Ingredients look pretty solid. Minimal. That's what ya want!

You used to eat smoked salmon years ago you never said it made you sick so maybe its an allergy to something in the Tuna? Some new toxin? What about herrings Scottish kippers?
