It was a dark blue vacuum cleaner that always stood in the same place in the hallway...
We were about the same height, and I would go up to it and hug it for long periods of time and kiss the handle.
This is the God's honest truth and to this day I am still fixated on vacuum cleaners.

Other than The Fonz, and some kid I vaguely remember in kindergarten, that vacuum cleaner was my first love.

When I was five years old, I used to run up and lick the TV screen when Wonder Woman
would come on. Mmmm, that Lynda Carter man... *drifts off to his pervy place*

See, there you have it. This kinda stuff is normal. I was thinking back on this today when I was vacuum cleaning and thinking about how much I love my vacuum cleaner. I was like hmmm, you know what, there's a pattern here!
I think sometimes we start judging ourselves early on in life, thinking everything we do is just weird, when really (though people probably don't admit it) everybody's been doing the same kinda shit since day one!

The imagination is a really special thing, and it's so hard to hold onto it as you get older.
But I also think there is a tendency to run wild with certain ideas, especially depending on what kind of person you just naturally are.
I just remember feeling such a true connection with that vacuum cleaner, honest to God.
Like it was sentient and it was my equal, and it loved me too...

It's such a stereotypical Virgo trait I had to mention it.

I also have a lot of Leo Moon traits too because I'm a cusper. I definitely resonate more with the Virgo traits though.

Virgo's the worst moon sign to have, for sure.

ALL I do is overthink and over-analyze.
Which is fine, it's my function in the world.
Just gets outta hand sometimes.

It's kind of like my whole life is built around over-analysis...
I do enjoy it though, it'd be dishonest if I acted like I don't.

It's weird cuz I will let certain things slide, but other things re: cleanliness, I do get obsessed over.

If I were a Virgo sun, I would be 100% different when it comes to the way I dress and groom, etc. I would be extremely uptight about it, I know that for sure.

With Virgo sun, those cleanliness obsessed traits are way more straightforward and physical... but with Virgo moon, they are very tied up in emotional matters. So like for example, when stressed or worried, these obsessive organization (or vacuuming) tendencies will come out.

It's just weird I was in love with a vacuum cleaner straight away, like right off the bat, when I had never really cleaned in my life. I was just a little kid and it's not that my mom didn't necessarily try to teach me that cleaning is gonna be a necessary thing in my life, but I had certainly never vacuumed or even experienced the sense of fulfillment that it brings.
So it's just really interesting to me that these sorta signs and tendencies are there all along. Really fascinating in my opinion!!!

I did grow out of my love for that specific vacuum cleaner, but I remember when we got rid of it, I was probably at least a few years older and I legitimately remember a twinge of sadness in my soul when it was gone, LMAO!
