Scientist Miguel Mendonça claims aliens "implanting DNA in pregnant women"

He claims aliens have been implanting their DNA into pregnant women and he believes it's for the aim of enlightenment and taking humanity to the next level by way of alien hybrid children. Apparently the aliens are mantis type creatures, are reptilians, and they put an implant under his tongue when he was a small child before abducting him numerous times for experiments.
