stem cells from the bones of children

Guys it is becoming very obvious that  the best stem cells are harvested from childrens bones and from fetus'  .  

 These stem cells are so good because they are vigorous and are able to transform into any  type of damaged organ the body needs repaired  . 

Many older people now travel to Mexico to receive this treatment and are living much longer and healthy and vital .   

I am not sure where the doctors down there are getting all the stem cells  but there are hundreds of thousands of street children disappearing in south america every year . 

 Maybe its like a reverse of the  Logans Run movie and the children are literally running for their lives . Maybe they are not even killed right away but perhaps kept alive in dark underground prison like laboratories where the bone marrow stem cells are harvested from them  for several years . Then like all lab animals   they might be incinerated or if they are lucky adopted out to a good owner ?

I hope this horror is not  occurring but i understand human nature and thats what scares me.

you won't like this answer. the human cells most closely related to stem cells, and most easily and often harvested, are the cells of the foreskin.

foreskins are harvested to make `beauty` products and do as you say, replace damaged tissue in adults.

there are underground cloning facilities as well where cells and tissues are harvested. this isn't something you can find proof of online though.
