The concept of 'shaking' resonates with me, but when I think about how I'd do it if I were intuitively guided to do so, it would be a lot faster.

More like a seizure than this 'bouncing' motion.

I think this kinda stuff is truly a matter of individual needs.

I get that it hinges on the idea that the body is made up of various points of energy flow...

I know that this is true, but is it really necessary to do things in such a SPECIFIC way??

You GOTTA hold a certain body part THIS way, and this part has to be facing THIS direction, etc. etc.

I dunno, just doesn't ring right to me.

I think healing must be a lot more intuitive than that.
