I'm so weirded out by soap operas that have been running for decades...
What must it be like to be those actors and actresses who are on these soap operas for decades???

Take Bold and The Beautiful for example...

These people have been on this show FOR LONGER THAN I'VE BEEN ALIVE.

We know that everything on TV is illuminati shit, and that all these people have struck deals and had their crossroads moments...

But to be on these shows for DECADES??

Who are these people???

And shouldn't they technically and mathematically be the richest fuckers on TV??

Some of these people have been in THOUSANDS of episodes...

That's INSANE.

Who ARE they then??

They must be top of the tops in these elitist families (at least in what is admittedly the lower rung of the elite since entertainment celebrities are mere slaves).

I'm just thinking about how they've basically lived their lives on TV...

Some of them have spent over 30 years on that show.

After THAT FUCKING LONG of playing a character...

You have essentially lived another life, practically a complete one.

What the fuck you guys?
LMFAO so I’m waiting at the auto shop and there’s a soap opera playing...

I think they make the acting HORRIBLE on purpose.

I think that it’s a GENRE of acting.
I mean they are absolutely fucking horrible actors.
Karl Gudegast A.K.A. Eric Braeden has been an actor since the 1960's and played the same character in two soap operas.

It's like he's immortal or something.
Hands Up!  Panties Down!

There was actually a good actress.

There for a minute.
Dude there’s some other chick with my name here LMFAO.

Guy comes out and I’m like YEAH!

And he’s like WTF, not you.

What the actual fuck!

There’s a few of them like that... a few men and women who I recognize and they’ve been in the game literally forever.
mo is carla wagner and i knew her in elementary school . basically a mean little kid like nelly olsen so many of us were verbally abused and traumatized by her...still in therapy but my pastor helped me to forgive her
The Bold and the Beautiful is actually new as far as soap operas go. Some of them have been running since the 1950s. Some were even on the radio before TV.

In the early 80s, there was a General Hospital craze centered around the Luke and Laura saga. They were America's favorite TV couple for awhile. Rick Springfield played a doctor on there at around the same time.

You just KNOW at one point they gotta go through some kind of an identity crisis.
Where does the character end, where do they as an individual begin?

Playing that character for so long, a decade or longer...

That would change your life forever.

I stick by my theory that they aren't really acting, they're just being themselves.

SOME actors really are truly gifted and can play diverse roles...

But a lot of them? Not really. They are just being themselves.

People like Jack Nicholson? He's just being himself. Which should freak anyone the fuck out.
LOL... I had almost forgotten about Lorenzo Lamas.

"Lorenzo Fernando Lamas (born January 20, 1958) is an American actor. He is best known for his role of Lance Cumson, the irresponsible grandson of Angela Channing — played by Jane Wyman — in the soap opera Falcon Crest (1981–1990)"

I can't believe they got away with naming him "Lance Cumson".
Hands Up!  Panties Down!

Big Sad Nana
LOL. Karl Gudegast is in this episode of CHiPs starting at 20:30.
