1 million without power in Florida right now and I think the scope of the damage is gonna be pretty evident later today and throughout tomorrow.
If you think about it, this storm path might be even more damaging and chaotic for the state of Florida than the oil refineries in the panhandle toward Texas would be.
So if it's weather modification to get back at DeSantis, I think they got the most bang for their buck by taking this approach.
Man when those waters come rushing back into Tampa Bay, God only knows what kinda stuff is gonna get dragged in with them...

There are a lot of tornadoes popping up with no warning around the outer bands of the storm.
Definitely a damage optimized path.
