You can get a good exercise with stick shaped objects.
I'm sure it is good for walking too.
Yes, just pokin' around, and long walks on the beach.
Maybe if I used a walking stick, I wouldn't fall down so many rabbit holes.
Stair exercises are good, or just walk up a hill too.
I 100% firmly believe in taking the stairs at any opportunity. Fuck an elevator, man, I'm just saying.
Wow, that is a nice set of stairs.
I have a stairs fetish.
And I love all types of stairs.
Big. Small.
But I will say that I prefer them long and deep.

Since then I have kind of dialed back my staircase ambitions. I would suspect the longest staircase in the world is probably in some crazy foreign country a million miles away and I'd rather just have a few good staircases to choose from locally.

I didn't think about skyscrapers having a shit ton of stairs.
When I think big huge staircases, I'm envisioning outdoors stairs in parks and at monuments or something.
Definitely no indoor stuff, although I'd settle for it TBH.
I prefer deep stair steps because they're safer. Although I do think there's definitely a happy medium.
Like the kind of stairs where you could take like two steps on ONE stair step...
They fuck up the flow.
I always knew I liked Cincinnati! I do like the idea of living somewhere that is pedestrian friendly and everything is close. But not like a 15 minute city situation.
There are some great neighborhoods, but in general it's an ancient city with a crumbling infrastructure... I doubt they'll get very far trying to become a "smart city"... they tried to build a subway 100 years ago and never finished it.
Yeah the crime up there is insane too. But back like 50 or 60 years ago... I would have kicked it in Cincinnati for sure.
Yeah my mom grew up there in the 50s and 60s. Her old hood is a completely different place.
There are still some awesome huge parks in safe areas though. Did a lot of hiking around when my brother lived there up until a few years ago. Parents actually have a book called "Walking the Steps of Cincinnati" on a shelf somewhere.

6:34 he's right. Women are not attracted to huge muscles. He's correct in saying that big muscles are to attract MEN.
Which is why I'd be suspicious of any dude who's obsessed with getting buff, having huge muscles, bodybuilding...
It's all man lust.
It's also for intimidation.
It's to put other men in their place.
So there seems to be a few different reasons why dudes get jacked.
