RESISTANCE.
http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/f...rcise.html
It's what EXISTENCE is made of.
Friction, colliding forces, pulling together, pushing apart.
Life and existence is a series of resistance based events...
From getting pushed out of the womb, to getting hit by a bus...
It's all resistance, force, contraction, collision.
Everything in life can be seen as a result of resistance in one form or another.
I think resistance can be a great healing tool for bodily aches and ailments.
Not only is the physical aspect important, but there's also an energetic aspect involved with resistance/force.
Check this out for example...

They call it 'massage', but it's a lot more than that...
It's applying force and practicing the motion of resistance on specific areas.

Yup.
This is along the lines of truth when it comes to treatment and healing.
Stress is put on areas to initiate healing. Re-alignment... physically and energetically.
I wouldn't say full blown injury is inflicted... at least I will say it would almost never be the case in most circumstances. For example sometimes bones have to be re-broken if they're not set correctly.
So typically... injury isn't necessary. Just force. Or a light kind of 'activation' of targeted areas to alert that healing needs to take place.
I'll have to study more about this.
