The shit is awesome.

There are a lot of benefits to using an Android device or just any non-iPhone device, for starters you can increase the storage with a microSD, I mean that's badass as fuck.

I dunno, I'm not a techie so I'm not gonna bother with all the reasons why it's actually pretty damn cool.

Suffice it to say, considering Apple's recent betrayal and sell-out to China...

"Apple sells out to China, the technocratic, oligarchic, commie hellhole & global HQ"

http://www.sectual.com/thread-5355.html

Among all their other wrongs, I just don't see any reason to ever have an iPhone again.

Their removal of the headphone jack was an absolute dealbreaker for me anyway, I mean it is totally pathetic to remove the headphone jack. I resent them for it deeply and I think they are scum for making it necessary to buy special attachments and splitters just to have a fucking headphone jack... it's a jumbled up mess and they can truly suck my fucking dick. I also think wireless charging is fucking stupid. They need years to iron out everything that is wrong with it... eventually maybe it won't be a failure.

That said, I do keep all my old iPhones to be used as iPods and they are outstanding for that purpose. I think having an iPod is fine... it's one of the foundational things Apple was known for back before they became total sell-outs in Steve's absence. I do enjoy my Macbooks and I do enjoy my iMac... but it doesn't mean that I will contain myself to only using Apple devices in the future. They've shown their true colors as far as I'm concerned. All the shit is hacked anyway, might as well go by principles instead of illusions about brands and quality.

My history of disgust with Apple/iPhone:

"The Apple iPhone is sexist"

"iPhone 8: More glass, more shit to break"

"Many of the SIM card trays on all new water resistant iPhones are not flush"

http://www.sectual.com/thread-3410.html

"I demand that Apple bring back the headphone jack on all future iPhones"

http://www.sectual.com/thread-3568.html

"I’m DUMPING iPhone for Blackberry and HERE’S WHY"

"iPhone’s newest models are even more ridiculous, Apple, it’s a fail"

BTW, I don't have any service on the Android, I was just curious about how it works.

Maybe I shouldn't be talking about how great it is until I've actually tried to use it as a phone, but fuck it...

My iPhone 6S Plus has rarely ever been used as an actual damn phone anyway.

I got an iPhone 7 back when they were new...

It was only after I bought it that I realized it didn't have a fucking headphone jack! LOL!

I had it for several months...

Then I met somebody who had an iPhone 6S Plus and told them about my fantasy of having a headphone jack again.

We traded phones...

I hated the SIM card tray on the iPhone 7 which was not flush and constantly set off my OCD. I had to keep it in a case the whole time I had it (which I didn't really like) just so I wouldn't feel the non-flushness of the SIM card tray.

I despised the uselessness of a device devoid of a headphone jack.

To me, it was a wonderful tradeoff and the only thing that was unfortunate about it was the lack of improvements to the speakers, iPhone 7 absolutely did win that one.

I have always used a portable speaker though, so it just didn't really matter and having a headphone jack was more important to me.
I've been curious about using Android for years...

Even before I bought the last iPhone (without realizing there was no headphone jack).

But I always just figured Android totally sucked and there was no reason to even bother with it.

Meh, I was wrong. It's actually kind of interesting and enchanting somehow.

I did want a BlackBerry there for a while, I must say, I was digging the idea of a physical keyboard.

I kinda got over that though and finding out that BlackBerry changed hands was a bummer...

Guess I was like several years late on the heyday of that one.
It works your brain in a different way to play around and hang out on the Android.

I think it's interesting.

It's sort of like the difference between the iMac and the Windows PC which I use side-by-side sometimes.

I don't find the Windows PC as offensive as I did back in the 2005-ish era when I went totally hater and used Ubuntu instead.

So you think this is some kind of innocent commentary on androids, think again dumbass. Trix is basically her agency nickname. My android phone is jow acting all fucky ...i dont believe in coincidence. She always writes about stuff and then it happens in real life like she is a witch or government hacker you choose. Last week she wrote about dentists like one hour before my dental visit, spooky as fuck. She must see all my emails and shit.
No Guest, see that just means we are totally in synch and we are meant to be together.

C’mere, let Mama Trixie make it all better. I’ll tell those agency meddlers to leave you alone.

Psst, Bro...I bought 8 apples before this thread was posted!
I met a dude once who was trying to hustle iPhones, trying to buy them somewhere they were cheaper and then go sell them elsewhere for more...

I dunno, it was crazy. I learned there's some type of bizarre cult-like mentality around the iPhone particularly.

All the other Apple products (maybe even the iPad) have legitimate uses (in my opinion)...

But the damn iPhone...

I dunno, it's kinda like when you're a fan of something underground, but then it goes mainstream and it's not cool anymore.

That's the iPhone. Totally skewed analogy, but that's the feel behind it.
you can do a lot with android phones without a service plan. wifi still works fine on them. i recovered several androids from the theatre. people didn't go back for them cus the batteries were old and didn't hold a charge. it's pretty simple and cheap to replace those, so now i have a small army of SIMcardless phones lol. can't do that with crapples.

look for the apps that disallow access to the mic/cam. some of the vpn apps do that too.
