Tracking between sites is accomplished by other means, usually cross-domain scripting. For example, those Facebook "like" buttons you see on every website allow Facebook to follow you around the Web.

Imagine a show with that Trailer Tammy chick and Ray. That would be funny as FUCK! Every time he started babbling nonsense she could body slam his ass! That shit would get so many views. Ray would never do it of course because he likes to think he's all sophisticated n sheeeeit.
