Meditating whilst brushing your teeth...

It's really good if you look at it like you're giving yourself a mouth massage instead of doing it in a mechanical way...

As soon as you do, you slip into a trance.

The whole brushing-your-teeth thing, for me, borders on an act of mild violence.

I just never thought of making my tooth-brushing time into a walking meditation
of sorts. Which would be more of a standing in place meditation, I guess. It's like
showering for me, get in - scrub hard and fast - rinse good and gtfo.

Totally unrelated here: Don't you just HATE those times you randomly think of
Mama June?? Oooooh my God, fuck YOU international media!! *grr'ing anger*

Weyell, it'd probably be better for 'em since I've already scorched the fucking
enamel off them. Yep, for a good solid three years or so [few years back] I was
doing that juice-of-half-a-lemon and 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar in my morning
bottle of water. Before my first meal of the day. Probably didn't wait 30 minutes
AFTER brushing my teeth to start in on it. Also, didn't rinse with baking soda
water after drinking it, w/o a straw! lol

*sigh*

Yeah that kinda thing can be really dangerous.

I think it's fine to do a salt water rinse though.
