I personally think skunk spray smells good but it's just shockingly overpowering up close.

The skunk must have been chased or otherwise pursued by a neighborhood cat or something.

sort of. smoke some skunk strain cannabis and it's pretty close. after smoking enough of that, skunks don't actually smell bad to me anymore, they just make me want to smoke.

Weird thing I've noticed. Got a next door neighbor that smokes skunk weed
and sometimes the scent profile kind of mimics that of garlic. I looked it up
and garlic has the scientific name of "Allium Sativum". Cannabis sativa?

Anyway, I haven't looked any further into it at the moment but I've noticed
the similarity for years now. Oh, and it's UK skunk weed I'm referring [reefering, lol]
to here. Which to me smells rank as Hell. Texas skunk weed of the early 90's
actually smelled pretty good though. Like an herby, fibery rope kind of smell.

If it smells like it, there's gotta be some kinda connection.

Also, I like to burn wood chips in my room as a sort of better smelling incense
and I've noticed that sometimes mesquite wood has a bit of a skunky weedish
kinda smell. Not always, but sometimes. Nowhere near the likes of garlic but
very slightly similar. Haven't looked into that AT ALL yet.
