That's BS. I usually agree with Alex, but sometimes I just don't.
It's gonna be such an embarrassing loss for Biden that he would look like the ultimate fool/crazy-person declaring victory, and there will be no way he can anyhow.

On the recent pod featuring Alex, there was a tense exchange between him and Rogan, as Alex offered to appear on the live election broadcast, and Joe accused him of "inviting himself", but seemed to acquiesce, and since then Alex released a "behind the scenes" video where he confirmed that he was going to show up for half an hour. Apparently their studios are so close together in Austen that Alex can do this without inconveniencing his own broadcast.
Before reading your comment, I assumed it would be live on Youtube as well, but now I'm going to look into it.
