How did I not know this existed? Has anyone seen this?

From TV Tropes:
Zardoz, released in 1974, is neither a mindless sci-fi action movie nor a serious Science Fiction film à la Tarkovsky or Kubrick. It's... hard to describe, except to say its mind-melting imagery practically defines the concept of the Mind Screw.

And it stars Sean Connery. In a red codpiece secured by x-formation straps across the chest, and not much else. And it takes place in the future.

Oh my fucking christ, check out the movie poster. JESUS...

I need a moment after looking at that. My God.

No way... https://imgur.com/a/0KF4gto

Costs 4 bucks to rent it? What? It has to be free somewhere.

Yeah I have actually seen that movie believe it or not...

It's worth seeing. It's SUPER strange but in an enjoyable way, not in a pretentious way.

Before I watch this, I need to really just bask in the madness that is Sean motherfucking Connery in black thigh-high leather boots and a red leather codpiece. How is this even possible let alone real? Mo, that's fucking SEAN CONNERY.

I smoked some Purple Sunset and watched it. My favorite aspect of it was how in love Consuela was with May, and how much pain she was in as a consequence. I really liked Consuela's character. She was the natural leader of the group, but undermined by the democracy of The Eternal and her own jealousy.

I like the premise of being immortal but prone to sin and therefore subject to the punishment of being aged; the idea that one's consciousness would continue to exist in older and older physical forms, further decayed not by time, but by one's perceived transgressions.

This strain is superwonderful, too. It yields sensation of being "relaxed in happiness" while igniting a creative inferno. Thank you, Colorado.

Is that anything like Purple Punch? I've tried Purple Punch, Wedding Crasher, and Bootylicious in the past week. Bootylicious is my favorite. I have a mixed bag now that may contain any or all of those. Cool

Well, if it has the name "purple" in it, that means it's from the same lineage as another strain with the word "purple". It's indica. I'd be willing to bet that "punch" is sativa, so you've got a nice hybrid strain there. Purple Sunset is also a hybrid, and is probably most similar to Purple Punch. I like it because it both relaxes me AND amps up my songwriting inspiration/motivation massively. It also seems to unlock me in terms of being in the flow on guitar. When I listen to stuff I've recorded while high, it's like "did I play that? Jesus Christ". Needless to say I'd spend a lot more money on this strain than what is required. That all said, I think it's important to go long swaths without it, so that you can gauge true progress, and also I think it's just generally helpful to abstain, moderate, etc.
