I cook a ton of bacon at once (in the oven) then I let it cool, wrap it in parchment paper, and freeze it. I just eat it here and there, garnish certain dishes with it, etc. It's truly fucking amazing and I would die for bacon. You should be willing to die for bacon too. Give me bacon or give me death. I'm just saying.

I don't agree with eating a bunch of it at once though... I think it's wasteful. Each slice of bacon should be honored.

Plus it's pretty salty. It's not the main course, but it is the most important thing in life.

I'm not wrong.
