He says Johnny pressed the charges. People are saying the dogs are okay and will be cared for til she gets out. The two little dogs will stay with Johnny but Miles will go with her brother. What a shitstorm, man. But at least hopefully she won't lose the dogs if everything goes okay with them.

So it sounds like they're gonna make sure that when Morgan gets out, there's reason for her to leave immediately and go to Cali where he bro is and where Miles will apparently be. But in order for her brother to come get the dog, she'll probably be in jail for a while. So like I said, maybe a week.
