She's hard to figure. She's very feminine, almost a perfect girl-next-door type. Yet I've never know her to show any interest in sex or relationships.

if this were true then why doesn't the police in all major cities hire about  5  sexy girls per city dirty them up a bit    give them some  drugs  and  a small gps locater   , then have them all walk the streets looking helpless and vulnerable   and the trap will be set  undercover  police waiting several blocks away 

surely this would  snare a whole bunch of  the supposed 2000 serial killers
