I've done the whole social butterfly thing, I'm very charming in person people are drawn to me, I just don't like them the same way. Plus I'm also kinda old school and listened to all the advice my grandmother gave out of respect for her wisdom and she hasn't been wrong. Her advice was fuck all your friends when you get married, you family is your new life. It's much better this way, nobody interfere's.

That's sensible advice. A lot of people with a spouse and kids still want to act footloose and fancy free.

I get all my shits and giggles out on forums. Plus I like being selfish in this sense because I can just walk away and come back, no personal life interference.

But then I never did the voiceover and I figured the vid was too inappropriate anyway really.

Don't feel bad. I grew up in East Texas and Louisiana. The actual scientific name of the East Texas accent is "East Texas Hick." LOL

My mom spoke East Texas Hick with a very slight Irish brogue on account of me granny being Irish. LOL

I love southern accents. IDK maybe Tia's family was from the south. Once I was at her kid's party and everyone was rolling up joints in the kitchen and I felt uncomfortable because they weren't trying to share with me so I went in the other room with her dad and step mom and they were talking to me and I didn't understand a single word they said. I pulled her to the side and I said I don't understand what they are saying, she said she doesn't understand them either. 

Everything they said was like this but mumbling.

I was hanging out with this Irish family one time...

They were all like really drunk...

I could not understand A FUCKING WORD they were saying.

Like maybe kind of a word here and there...

And they were talking to me hardcore, especially one of the older guys...

And they were like NICE people. Really friendly, super heart of gold kinda people...

But this night, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND what they were saying. Like at all...

So I did the whole smile and nod thing, trying to gauge their expressions so I could tell whether they were talking about some sad shit or some funny shit.

And the guy was telling me this big long story right, and he was smiling...

And so I'm smiling.

But then all the sudden his eyes tear up and he starts getting all emotional and he stops talking...

So I switched real fast too and I'm like damn, OMG, I hope I didn't smile at the bad part of that too long, right, cuz like SOMETHING in there had to be negative, right?!

No idea.

Great people though, God love 'em... they're both in heaven now.
