It only requires 3% to operate in this dimension... that's about the percentage of our dimensional surroundings which we can actually perceive.
The rest of the 97% is being utilized by us throughout the micro/macro reality matrix (dimensions, etc)... The whole thing about how we don't use most of our brains is bullshit.
