I read recently where someone said the blood contains the soul...

I totally don't believe that, but it got me thinking about ancient myths and legends about blood.

All the major search engine results about it are pure shit.

And this isn't about blood types necessarily... unless somehow that's relevant to whatever mythos or other kind of info comes up.

I'm specifically looking for the beliefs that ancients held about blood, its significance, its associations, etc.

Maybe cedar benefits the blood.

Cedar wood repels moths and doesn't rot, so it's good for preserving things.

There was an old hymn we sang in the Baptist church that goes, "There is power, power, wonder working power in the blood of the Lamb." It seems to harken back to the pre-Christian days of animal sacrifices.

In medieval medicine, blood was one of the bodily fluids or humors corresponding to the four elements.

I dont view bloodtypes as an end all be all descriptor of anything, it gives clues but lacks the whole stpry

Your blood type is a combo of your parents, and above their parents etc

I do believe the blood itself is the next most special liquid besides water, and that with in it is a receiver, transmitter, and tuning station all in one, but those are also in your cells I believe, so while I made it about bloodtypes, I dont truly believe bloodtypes are the ultimate arbiters, merely starting points and loose descriptors, they don't in themselves make anyone more this or that but rather make room for tendencies, imho

I'd say its more like preset radio stations yet consciousness is more powerful as that would be the tuner

they say blood plasma is universal. does that mean every person creates the same type of blood plasma? i'm not sure.

why do they use the term plasma? what else is plasma? a highly energetic state of matter in which interesting phenomena may occur. i believe it is this plasma that allows for the transport of biophotons, which are rarely discussed. we have more than electric signals running through our nerves, we have biophotons that greatly exceed the speed of neural synapses.
