I'd say it's rare to medium-rare.

Delicious flavorful sear on it.

Meat is more filling than any other food.

I'm eating the steak by itself and can't even imagine eating anything else with it.

I haven't eaten anything else today.

This was a very special and looked forward to meal for me.
