So I ended up making a second batch (well, 4 batches of 4-5 cookies each, LOL)...
And I have nailed my signature cookie dough, that's a fact.
Baking is so much different from "regular" cooking, which I totally excel at.
I've never had a super win with baking before (specifically sweets)...
But I've struck on gold with this signature cookie dough taste and I gotta tell you, it's unique.
I was told that it tastes like a locally famous bakery's cookie dough, which was kind of a big deal to me.

I just want to thank Debra Joy, because without the motivation she inspired in me by posting her video about jam cookies, I probably wouldn't have ended up making my own and subsequently establishing my own amazeballs dough recipe... I did base it on another recipe besides the one that she shared, but she was the impetus nonetheless.

Hazel went bye-bye in July.
I think having suffering/dying pets put down is a very compassionate thing.
Hazel was lost in doggie dementia for a long time... poor thing was miserable.

Supposedly she's planning a van build.
3:10 she's trying to get her other van (Tank) back.
Yeah this whole video from 3-23-22 is basically her public appeal to get Tank back.
Awwwe, I hope whoever bought the van is watching. Pretty sure it was somebody she knew, or at least someone who knows who she is.

But what she's struggling with is inside her.
It really is.
It's got nothing to do with where she's living, at the end of the day...
The thing that has to be confronted and settled is within her own being.
I say if you have the money to live on wheels, fucking do it.
If you don't, then don't screw the pooch if you already have a decent situation.
I dunno who actually owns Debra's place, whether she owns it, or what the deal is there...
If she doesn't even own it, then frankly, who gives a rat's ass if she leaves??
If she does own it, she should sell the fucker and move to a far more economically feasible state.
And after that, go ahead and drive around all you want sister... I sure the fuck would.
