The brandy experiment is over for now...

Throughout the course of the almost 3 week experiment, I drank about 1 bottle (750ml).

It was wonderful to enjoy the brandy during that time, but my body is now rejecting it like it does all other alcohol. Therefore the usefulness of the brandy spirit in my life has apparently run its course for the time being. All very interesting!

Well y'all, it's come down to drinking it straight with no chaser, no mix, nothing.

I drink a shot glass full in like three separate sips and I am just drinking it straight.

I won't do it EVERY night, since obviously I have a finite supply, and I don't always want it anyways.

But I have found that I have to drink it RIGHT before I get into bed, or sometimes even in bed...

Because I INSTANTLY become a klutz, and I am not a klutzy person naturally, so to me it is very annoying.

The only way it can be tolerated is to get in bed immediately.

I just tried a 25 year old Cognac last week (never had brandy before). It was a single shot (1 oz and a half) and 5 milnutes in I was full on drunk, it took like 3 hours to wear off... I've had about everything there is alcohol wise and nothing hit me like that before, it gets you tripping
