Ask yourself what is the one thing, the first and foremost thing, that if you died before you achieved/completed, you'd be pissed about it.

What's the one thing that if you did it, if you achieved it and shared it, would make you feel PEACE about dying?

That's your passion, that's your purpose, that's what you should be devoting your time to achieving.

I'd go so far as to say that everything else, even things that are societally "required" and "expected" of you, should take an absolute back seat to that thing which is your purpose, until it is finished.

Achieve that thing, and then ask yourself again, would I be okay with dying now that I've achieved this? If you feel peace about it, you're good to go.

But I think that if you know what that thing is, it's your duty to do it for your ENTIRE life. It's probably not something that'll ever truly be accomplished. You gotta make sure you at least get it out there though.

Portrait tattoos are the hardest to do, the hardest to get right, and the only kind that people will pay out the wazoo to get from an artist they trust. They'll seek you the world over if you are proven in your field. I have 100% confidence in Stephi's ability to absolutely crush any portrait work that comes her way. She's amazing.

It's like doing pushups, but it's crawling around (on tip toes, never knees) instead. It's fucking awesome.

All the staying in one spot and the repetitions and all the equipment and the inherent boredom of "working out" has always turned me off so hard...

It's just unnatural. Now if that's the approach people wanna take, that's fine. It's all about being fit and healthy, so do whatever works.

But for people who are just not into that, the natural movement approach is bomb.

It's very natural and innate for us to crawl around and do that kinda shit, we probably just haven't done it since we were kids. When you do ANY type of natural exercise like this, it immediately makes you feel like a kid again.

Do a bunch of jumping jacks and try not to smile. It's impossible.

Get down on the ground (or the floor) and see how fast you can get back up without any help, no grabbing hold of anything, etc.

If you can't get up within a couple seconds max using your body alone, you're fucked and you're gonna die in ~5 years.
