They wanna talk about "privilege" so much, when the author was already a TV writer before her book even got popular...
I'd like to see some REAL people, you know, ACTUAL talented every-day people who are great writers get their self-published books popularized.

That's all "You" really wanted to be... a version of 50 Shades, without all the exorbitant wealth themes and without the BDSM. Most of the story was stolen from another story, and at the end of the day, it never would have gone anywhere if Caroline Kepnes wasn't already privileged enough to have powerful connections within the entertainment industry.
