I think sweating is a super key part of maintaining health too though... the crucial part there of course being proper hydration after the fact.
I do have a little sugar in my coffee though. I'm not proud of it but I just love the flavor. I go long periods using no sugar in it too though. Other than that I drink water all day... lately I've been having it seasoned with lime too, it makes things exciting.
