I do have a little sugar in my coffee though. I'm not proud of it but I just love the flavor. I go long periods using no sugar in it too though. Other than that I drink water all day... lately I've been having it seasoned with lime too, it makes things exciting.
Every weekend he would always go to the steam sauna thing he swore its what made him healthy by sweating.
We have a choice between sugar and those fake sugar pills, I tested this and found it elevated my liver enzymes so went back to raw sugar.
That Aspartame shit is good for coffee but it definitely messes with you so I will never touch it again.
You have to have some sweetness in coffee or its just not the same.
