I've been trying to ratchet down the sugar intake. Doing ok I'd say.
Most days I hover between 17 - 33g of sugar. Little squares of dark chocolate.
I just know if I don't have ANY kind of something sweet, it'll just turn on me
and I'll go and do something stupid like eat a whole pint of Ben & Jerry's.
But I'm doing good.
