So after I concluded that I have a tuna allergy...

I started my quest to try different kinds of canned fish to see if there was anything else I'm allergic to.
I set my sights on sardines and today I had a can over some rice.
First of all, they were crazy good. These were just in water, I prefer it that way, I think having them in oil would be excessive.
I'd read that sardines are really salty but I didn't notice any such thing. They were really pretty mild.
I enjoyed the sort of 'whole' aspect... they chop off the heads and tails and it's just the whole fish.
I love the bones and stuff, the whole experience of eating sardines this way just seems really right.
So far I haven't had any adverse reactions. I think I'm all clear on the sardines, which is great news because they're like nature's multivitamin.
I'm gonna aim for having them 2 or 3 times a week.
