Cooking with cast iron...

I want to keep the amount of crap in my kitchen to a minimum.

Same here... and I really prefer multipurpose tools, which is why cast iron really spoke to me.

There are so many appliances etc. that I would have absolutely no need for when starting over from scratch.

No microwave, no toaster... just a few pots/pans in a couple different sizes.

Air fryers are pretty fucking cool though, not gonna lie.

Gah... would I want an air fryer again?

I might. I might have another air fryer in my lifetime.

If you order pizza in New Haven CT, you'd better ask for cheese. Otherwise you're just gonna get crust with sauce on it.

I mean, that actually sounds pretty fricken good.

I used to love a pizza LOADED with cheese, but now I prefer less!
