I think I need to arch my eyebrows, or at least pluck some wild hairs. There's no way they'll ever pass muster looking the way they do now.

I don't want to mess with fake eyelashes. Maybe just a little mascara to darken mine.

Don't pluck any brow action, just use the black eyeshadow to create the shape you want with an angled brush.

Angled brush will be your friend for applying the black lipstick/eyeshadow powder too.
