Yeah, I am still not 100% sure about the proper frequency of eating. There's the "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" camp, and I see where they're coming from. But my natural inclination is to not eat before ~3PM, typically I'm hungriest around ~7PM and that's when I have a nice dinner. Later in the evening I may have a few snacks. I heard some guy say his mom told him only to eat when he was really hungry, otherwise don't force it. Seems like good advice... makes a natural kind of sense. Apparently you're supposed to allow yourself to have the feelings of hunger for an hour or so before you eventually eat.
